International Trainer, Executive Coach

Adam has been working as an NLP Coach, Therapist, and Trainer for the last 14 years. His coaching expertise has been highly sought after by coaching and consulting firms throughout the United States, and beyond. He has helped numerous organizations and business executives achieve new levels of success within their work environment, and personal lives. Some of the companies he has worked with include Samurai Success, Inc. a Denver based Executive Coaching firm; Kalos Strategy Group, a Consulting and Coaching company specializing in integrating strategy, leadership and execution; and McGhee Productivity Solutions (MPS), an educational and consultative company specializing in services that increase productivity and quality of life. Their partial client list includes Microsoft, Honeywell, Expedia, and Washington Mutual.

Adam began his formal studies in NLP 16 years ago with one of the most recognized NLP centers in the world, NLP Comprehensive (NLPCO). He was immediately taken by the magic of NLP and wanted to spend as much time as possible in a training room environment learning about this amazing technology. After many years of working with NLP Comprehensive, Adam eventually became their Training Director. Because of his unique position at NLPCO, Adam had access to all the trainings they offered, which really helped him to enrich his understanding of NLP. During his tenure as Training Director, Adam also developed a coaching program to enhance the learning of each training participant; which in turn gave him the opportunity to assist and positively influence hundreds of participants and coaches in resolving conflicts and achieving their goals.

Adam became an NLP trainer in 1994 and has taught in numerous NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, since then. He is on the faculty of both NLP Comprehensive and the NLP & Coaching Institute of California. Throughout his training career, Adam has dedicated himself to understanding human communication in its many forms. His training style clearly demonstrates his passion for learning and his depth of understanding human interaction. In his trainings and coaching sessions, people experience highly applicable learning in a creative environment that results in greater awareness and change.

Adam discovered the power of “NLP and Coaching” when he participated as a coach in an NLP Practitioner Training back in 1990. Since then, he has developed a coaching practice where he helps people to achieve life goals that revolve around building healthy relationships, career transition, leadership, money orientation, self-esteem, motivation, decision making, and healing. He has also used his NLP Coaching skills to help athletes and musicians heighten their performance; students achieve new learning strategies; teachers to become highly effective communicators; and therapists on skill development. Adam has also used his coaching expertise to help people in the business sector for many years, and has worked extensively with managers, salespeople, executives, lawyers, company owners, and health practitioners.

In addition to being a Certified NLP trainer, Adam is also a trainer for Ecos Systems Institute, which offers training for individuals and organizations dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable development. In his spare time, Adam volunteers time to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office as a Restorative Justice Facilitator. This program offers a revolutionary reform to the criminal justice system. By bringing the victim and offender together in a community group conference it is possible to create healing unrealized by the traditional method of criminal justice.

On a more personal note, Adam utilized his experience in NLP to assist him with the healing process during a bout with cancer twelve years ago. He now offers his knowledge in this area as a healing coach. Adam makes his home in Boulder, Colorado. There he enjoys a variety of athletic activity, including, soccer, tennis, hiking, biking, skiing, and snow boarding.
