Your Executive coaching skills serve your clients by helping them to develop, engage, lead, empower, create followership, and create their vision for themselves and the people who work with them. An Executive Coach works with their client while they hold the desires of the organization in mind as well.

  • Organizational Models and Methods that aid the Executive Coach and the client

  • Meeting with the Executive and their manager for the opening meeting

  • Interviews with team, peers, and manager in order to gain feedback for client

Methodology
